Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use our Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Account deletion is available inside each app’s profile or settings page. Manual deletion requests submitted via email require additional verification.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Respect other users. Harassment, stalking, impersonation, or malicious behaviour is prohibited.
• Use Telepora apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable regulations.

3. Virtual Items & Purchases

Some Services may offer optional virtual goods, subscriptions, or premium features. Unless required by law, these items are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Pricing and availability may change at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

Telepora and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including content, code, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. User-Generated Content

You own the rights to the content you create within our Services. By submitting content, you grant Telepora a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display it solely for operating and improving the Services. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or legal requirements.

6. Updates & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or Services at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from downtime, maintenance, or technical issues.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Telepora makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telepora is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fifty percent (50%) of the last amount you paid (if any) for the Service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or cause harm to other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion requests must be made through in-app settings or, with verification, via email.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to the Telepora Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
